All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms displayed at the time of activation. Attempting to exploit or abuse bonus structures will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Verified accounts receive priority processing.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated software, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. pk360 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

Any real money deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source. Players must complete the pk360 registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide complete, current, and correct information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pk360 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, any outstanding balances may be forfeited, and the Player may be permanently excluded from the Platform.
KYC Verification: pk360 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your valid CNIC (front and back), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions and may ultimately result in account closure.
pk360 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal facilities pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Verified accounts receive priority withdrawal processing and access to higher transaction limits.
You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your pk360 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or secondary authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
pk360 will never contact you by email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel to request your password, OTP, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from pk360 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
In the event that you suspect your pk360 Login credentials have been compromised, or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pk360 support immediately at [email protected]. pk360 will take reasonable steps to assist you, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
All activity conducted through your account following a successful pk360 Login is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility, unless and until pk360 has been formally notified of a security breach and has had reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.
All deposits and withdrawals on the pk360 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk360 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. pk360 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Where possible, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. pk360 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and transaction volume. pk360 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Anti-Money Laundering: pk360 operates under an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy consistent with international gaming standards. Deposits may not be withdrawn without satisfying minimum wagering activity requirements. pk360 reserves the right to investigate any unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns and to report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities. Any funds identified as proceeds of illegal activity will be forfeited and reported.
pk360 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements displayed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
Bonus Abuse: pk360 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Accounts found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently closed.
All sports bets placed on the pk360 sportsbook, including cricket betting markets covering PSL, international matches, and the Asia Cup, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and bet type. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook interface and govern the settlement of all markets.
Bet Acceptance: pk360 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where live prices were displayed incorrectly, bets that exploit pricing errors, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits for the Player's account tier.
Casino Games: All casino games and slot titles available on pk360 are supplied by certified international game providers. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is independently audited and disclosed by the game provider. pk360 does not modify game outcomes. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable.
Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during an active game round or live casino hand, pk360's systems will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk360 content without prior written authorisation from pk360.
Game titles, graphics, and software provided by third-party game providers on the pk360 platform remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. pk360 operates under licence from those providers and does not claim ownership of game content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk360 excludes all liability for losses of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits pk360's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law. pk360's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawal facilities will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Real Money Balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your pk360 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.
Account closure for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion requests, will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt of the request. During this period, pk360 recommends refraining from further gaming activity.
pk360 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at pk360.pro/privacy-policy. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the pk360 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk360 is licensed to operate. pk360 operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory authority.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pk360's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body of the licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a competent court.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction. pk360 makes no representation that the Services are legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.
